Best Ever Cheesecake!

The best cheesecake ever! Fellow foodies let us know Carver's Steakhouse in Saskatoon had a dessert so good, we had to go just for that one dish. So we did.

This creamy masterpiece had just enough stilton blue cheese to give it an amazing complexity without overwhelming. The crème brûlée top crust added a beautiful contrasting crunch. Served with a crème anglaise and rhubarb compote.
